The customer does not just call into a “customer service line” where whoever is available picks up the phone and doesn’t know the specific requirements of that particular customer. The customer service representative is well-versed in the intricate needs of each customer. Client Access Methods
TriCor realizes the serious demands placed on your time, so we make the background requesting process simple and quick:
Fax – Requests for background checks can be faxed to TriCor via our toll-free fax numbers utilizing a highly customized form that greatly reduces the time and effort required by your personnel to initiate a background request.
Scan and Upload – Requests for background checks can be easily scanned and securely uploaded into TriCor’s system eliminating the need to fax or manually enter the information.
TriCor Internet Access System – TriCor’s Internet Access System allows authorized users to request background checks via the Internet. There is no software to load, a standard connection to the Internet is all that is required to access the system. The system is password protected to ensure that unauthorized users do not have access to the system. Once logged in, you simply choose the type(s) of searches required and enter the applicant information.
TriCor’s Applicant Portal – A method which allows the applicant to enter their own information into TriCor’s system, sign an electronic consent form and reduce the time spent by your personnel:
- You would login to the customer portal and enter in the applicant’s name and email address – this kicks off an email to the applicant with a unique URL that only they can use.
- From that point, the applicant simply follows the directions that will be supplied by TriCor and provide the information to us that we need to process the background check.
- After the applicant fills out the information and successfully submits the request to TriCor, you will receive an email notifying you that the request has been successfully submitted and the background check is in progress.
Integration – TriCor Employment Screening has the knowledge and expertise to integrate our background screening program with your ATS/HRIS system. We have integrated with many of our clients systems. Our skilled IT department is prepared to make the transition smooth and successful so all phases of your selection process work effectively. Integration of your HRIS/payroll system, electronic application collection system and/or other proprietary database with TriCors internal production system allows clients to save on labor and other hidden personnel costs by eliminating the need for time consuming data-entry and faxing of information. Basically, our system would communicate with your ATS/HRIS system and the information necessary for us to complete the background check (applicant name, address, DOB, SS#, drivers license #, employment/education) would be pulled from your directly system into ours eliminating the need for you to manually or electronically initiate the background checks
TriCor’s Online Tracking System – A tool that we’ve developed to allow authorized users to quickly and easily track background screening and drug testing reports using any number of parameters including first name, last name, social security number, entry date, completion date, profile status or specific client location. This system is internet-based and easy-to-use and requires no special hardware or software. The system is password protected to insure that unauthorized users cannot view the reports. Information is available in real-time, meaning that as soon as the information is entered into TriCor’s internal production system, it is available to you. This system allows you to track the progress of your reports and view the ongoing activity associated with your requests anytime 24 hours a day, seven days per week. It allows you to know exactly what is happening with all searches at any time. Completed and partial reports can also be printed from this interface.
TriCor can run reports showing the turnaround time for completed background screening reports. This report lists the individuals checked and their profile numbers along with the turnaround time for each report. The overall turnaround time for each division is also calculated.
TriCor can also provide management reports showing the background checks/drug tests completed for the entire Corporation and also broken down by division. This report shows the names and profile numbers of the background check reports completed for any time frame specified. This report can be sub-divided and sorted by requesting division.
TriCor can also run reports showing the “Hit Rate” or rate of negative information found on the background checks conducted for your organization.
These reports can be run monthly, quarterly or annually, can be provided in a summary or detailed format and there is no extra charge for any these management reports. Our partners will soon have the ability to run management reports themselves via TriCor’s system.
